General Information

Our advanced training dives deep into face sculpting, buccal training, and various facial massage techniques. The program is highly hands-on: 75% of your time is spent practicing, so you leave with real, applied skill — not just theory.
You’ll explore two complementary techniques in detail:

• Face sculpting techniques

• Buccal massage techniques

Successfully complete one of the two trainings and you’ll receive a certificate of completion.

The Benefits of These Techniques Secret Weapon

When disruptions in the tissue are identified and released, the body’s natural healing ability can do the rest — and the human body is wonderfully complex in how it does this.
The face is built from layers: superficial fat, muscles, ligaments, connective tissue, deep fat pads, joints, septum, and skin. Shifts in any of these structures show up over time as visible signs of aging.
As a facialista, your role is to work with these underlying causes — so your client can shine from the inside out, once again.

Fascia and the Nervous System

Fascia is far more than connective tissue — it’s one of the body’s richest sensory networks, wired directly into the nervous system. In this training, we’ll explore how touch becomes signal, how pressure speaks to the body’s state of calm or alertness, and why working with fascia means working with the nervous system itself.

Get the Most Out of Your Training

This training is 75% practical — you’ll spend most of your time working hands-on rather than sitting through theory. To get the best results, we recommend practicing as much as possible on the days in between sessions.

By the end of the 3 days, you’ll be fully equipped to confidently offer this treatment to your own clients.

What You’ll Learn

Our approach targets multiple layers at once:

• Facial and neck muscles, connective tissue, fascia, superficial fad, ligaments, septum and skin among other structures. Deformations in any of these anatomical components manifest as age-related changes in the face. As a facialista, your role is to eliminate the underlying causes that contribute to these deformities and signs of aging. So that your client can shine from the inside out again.

During the training, you’ll also learn how fascia works in connection with the nervous system. It makes a huge difference whether someone is in a relaxed parasympathetic state or stuck in fight-or-flight mode, as this directly affects how the fascia responds to treatment. You’ll receive practical tools and guidance to help clients support their nervous system and create deeper, longer-lasting results.

• The intra-oral (buccal) muscles, worked through a specialised internal technique

One of the three complimentary techniques you’ll master is the buccal massage — an intra-oral method performed with sterile gloves that stimulates both the internal and external facial muscles. Think of it as a gym workout for the face: it tones, lifts, and strengthens muscles, fascia, and connective tissue that external massage simply can’t reach. It’s especially effective against visible signs of tiredness.

Fascia & the Nervous System: The Missing Link

What sets this training apart is the deeper knowledge you’ll gain about how fascia connects to the nervous system. Whether a client is in a relaxed (parasympathetic) state or stuck in fight-or-flight mode makes a real difference in how their fascia responds to treatment. You’ll leave with practical tools to help clients regulate their nervous system — the key to deeper, longer-lasting results.

Our techniques are designed to work gently with the skin and facial tissue, offering a natural alternative to invasive treatments. Visible effects typically build up over several sessions, and results vary per individual.

We focus on the areas where tension accumulates most: trigger points in the facial muscles, fascia and connective tissue, soft tissue displacement, and puffiness in the facial fat pads. By addressing these root causes, the techniques support:
